Acceptable Use Policy
Rules governing how StorBrain may and may not be used.

Permitted Uses
StorBrain is designed for legitimate business operations including managing sales, fuel, lottery, employee attendance, customer loyalty, inventory, financial reporting, compliance tracking, and any other lawful business purpose consistent with your portal type.
Prohibited Uses
Illegal Activities
- Tax evasion or underreporting of income
- Money laundering or financial fraud
- Wage theft or labor law violations
- Lottery fraud or manipulation
- Fuel theft or meter tampering
- Any activity violating federal, state, or local law
Data Misuse
- Selling or sharing employee or customer data without consent
- Using customer data for unauthorized purposes
- Accessing other users' data without authorization
Platform Abuse
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise StorBrain
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Automated scraping or data extraction
- Introducing malware or malicious code
- Overloading platform infrastructure
Unauthorized Commercial Use
- Reselling or sublicensing StorBrain without written permission
- Using StorBrain to build a competing product
- Using StorBrain for personal or household purposes
Employee Data Rules
- Comply with all applicable employment laws (FLSA, Texas Labor Code, etc.)
- Inform employees that their work data is tracked in StorBrain
- Do not use StorBrain to facilitate discriminatory practices or wage theft
- Protect employee login credentials
- Revoke access promptly for departing employees
Enforcement
StorBrain may investigate suspected violations, suspend accounts pending investigation, terminate accounts without refund, and report illegal activity to law enforcement. StorBrain maintains audit logs that may be provided to law enforcement in response to valid legal process.
