StorBrain's AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. When you use AI features, relevant business data may be processed by Anthropic's systems. Anthropic's privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/privacy

Your Data and AI
When you use AI features, relevant business data (sales trends, inventory, KPIs, your queries) is sent to Anthropic for processing. We do not send personally identifiable employee or customer data to AI systems unless you explicitly include it in a query.
Liability
StorBrain is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI recommendations, inaccurate AI outputs, business decisions influenced by AI analysis, or AI system errors. Use of AI features is at your own risk.
Opting Out of AI
AI features are optional. Disable them anytime through your account settings or contact us. Platform administrators can control AI access per-user or per-company through the Admin Panel.
